Important Hurricane Ike Notification

To all TexLink customers that are dealing with the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Ike: TexLink wants to assure all customers that every step is being taken to safely restore services affected by the storm. In doing so, we will have technicians deployed throughout the city and surrounding areas to restore services when it is safely possible to do so. If you are affected in any way, please contact our Network Management Center for assistance at 877-774-4100.  We are staffed 24 x 7 to assist you. You will be assigned a tracking or trouble ticket number which will allow you to check for status and updates.

Below are a few items we would like to address in dealing with outages:

·         If any TexLink customer requires call forwarding please let us know immediately.  This service will be complementary until power and services have been restored.

·         Also, for those customers that will be powered by a generator temporarily, please disconnect all phone equipment until the generator is fully operational.  This will avoid any equipment being damaged due to a power surge.
